We aim to make every order right. If something doesn’t work out, our return process is simple and transparent.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Unopened and unused

In their original packaging

In the same condition received

Returned with proof of purchase
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

How to Start a Return

Email cs@procoatinc.com or click Request Return from your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Pack your items securely and ship them to our facility:

Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Return Costs

$20 flat-rate return shipping
-
20% restocking fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
