What is the shelf life of of your products?
All products have a one-year factory shelf life.
How do I read the lot/batch numbers?
Our lot/batch number system uses a 7 digit code. The first 6 numbers are the year, month, day (yy/mm/dd) of production followed by the batch number (1-9).
What is the square footage coverage for your products?
WATER-BASED COATINGS
Aqua-Pro™ = 500 square feet per gallon
- H2Oil® = 500 square feet per gallon
- Paragon™ = 500 square feet per gallon
- Radcoat® (All) = 500 square feet per gallon
- Titan™ = 500 square feet per gallon
HARDWAX UROIL COATINGS
UnoCoat® (Smooth Surface) = 300 square feet per quart
UnoCoat® (Rough Surface) = 200 square feet per quart
OIL-BASED COATINGS
Artisan™ Series = 500 square feet per gallon
SEALERS
- Artisan™ Wood Sealer = 500 square feet per gallon

What are the cure times for your products?
You are able to move furniture and rugs back in place:
- Radcoat® = Immediately
- Water-Based Coatings (excluding Radcoat) = 7 days
- UnoCoat® = 3 days
- Artisan™ Series = 28 days
How do I maintain my floors?
We suggest you use our ProCare® Citrus Cleaner for regular maintenance along with area mats or felt pads on furniture.
How many different colors do you offer UnoCoat® in?
UnoCoat® is offered in, and is an exact match to, 32 leading stain colors.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
ProCoat® does offer bulk discounts and these vary per product. When using our website to purchase products you will be presented with a bulk discount savings table. If you prefer to order buy over phone, give us a call at 1-800-962-0344, and we will be happy to offer you with the same discounts on your purchase.
Shipping
What is the timeline from placement of order to when I receive the product?
REGULAR SHIPPING
Order processing takes 1-5 business days. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and product availability.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you require Express shipping, orders need to be placed before 2:00 pm central standard time. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. UPS pickups are end of business day. Shipping Express is overnight, 3 business days.
