REGULAR SHIPPING
Order processing takes 1-5 business days. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and product availability.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you require Express shipping, orders need to be placed before 2:00 pm central standard time. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. UPS pickups are end of business day. Shipping Express is overnight, 3 business days.

Our lot/batch number system uses a 7 digit code. The first 6 numbers are the year, month, day (yy/mm/dd) of production followed by the batch number (1-9).
